On April 13, 24 I received a call from someone claiming to be from India Bank. They told me about a promotion for a card called Make Mera Trip, which offers discounts on hotel reservations and retail purchases. I declined the offer.
However, my account was debited Rs. 8,800, and I received a call from Rahulsingh Shekawat, posing as a card service representative, telling me to return the card if I wasn’t interested in using it and to have the money credited back to my account.
Following that, on May 6, 24 I was given a gift pack that included a wallet, belt, trip coupons, and Tdeals Platinum card.
I attempted to call Rahul Singh after receiving, but he did not answer.
This transaction appears to be fraudulent; could you please look into it and resolve my issue?
and make an effort to get my money back.
