Do not trust this company. I ordered a package that had to be shipped internationally. Initially everything went smoothly, then started the extra fees – insurance ($359) and diplomatic seal ($359), $600 for a “city pass”, $2 000 for more diplomatic seals, $500 for “sanitization”… I can’t even remember all the other smaller amounts, but hundreds of dollars every time. And you must pay immediately. I’ve paid more than $5 000, which they tell you will be refunded to you, and still don’t have my parcel. Every time there is something else that needs to be paid first. Every time that will be “the last payment”, they will deliver the package soon. I’m writing this review after being charged a second time for “sanitization” ($150), a day after the previous sanitization. I’ve refused to pay this and so still don’t have my package. I don’t intend paying this either, as I believe the whole story of a refund was a hoax from the beginning. So I’ve lost a lot of money and my package, don’t let it happen to you.
Also, the website gives the company address as Punjab but there is nothing Indian about the people you speak to. All forms of communication seem to end up with a person named “Alexander”. And the website address is spelt translogisticz but on the site there is also Translogistics and Translogistic.
It’s social media links doesn’t go anywhere and its privacy policy seems to have been copied from Deutsche Post AG. Yes, I should probably have checked these things first.
Stay away, do not use this company!
