Dear Sir/ Ma’am,
RAMASAMY PRAGASAM from Hyderabad.
I have placed an online purchase for party wear dress worth Rs.700/-. This company don’t have online payment option. They had only cash on delivery. The delivered dress items through blue dart courier are totally torn, appearing condemned dress material. The party wear dress materials shown in the their site is totally different from what is delivered.
It appears the delivered dress materials worth for nothing.
The delivery person immediately vanished from the site while we opening and not picked up our calls later.
It appears many persons have complained similar problems loosing lot of money.
I request you take necessary action at the earliest so that other peoples can be saved.
How these types of online businesses allowed and how there are able to manage without being got. It really looks like clear cheating and day-light robbery.
I request you to act at the earliest.
