I complaining against a conductor of a bus no.TS 04 Z 0152 service no.8813 which is departutre from MGBS hydeabad to sathupally on 25/06/2016 sunday at 1.40 p.m.about his miss manner and ill behaviour which leads about 10 passengers to dropout and choose another bus
Actually this bus is put on depature point on 1.20 p.m then then the both driver and conducter shouted to fill the passengers then I enquired him about depature time but he told me only 10 minutes instead correct departure time after more than 20 minutes somany passengers requesting him to start but he not respoded then again enquired him about correct departure time then he become furious and abused me in volgure language many times this made about to 10 passengers to drop down and choose another bus so I requst to depot manager of sathipally to take action against this kind of cruel manner employ to protect passengers of tsrtc from hurting their beliefs
