passenger get down by driver

Bus rute: WARANGAL TO NALLABELLY

LOCATION:WARANGAL BUS STAND.
dear sir
One of the nallabelly passenger have luggage , passenger ready to pay the luggage charge but driver asked more money. Passenger said I don’t have more money to pay but driver not interested to take the customer in to bus
At that time was 9:30 PM
There are 47 passengera in the bus
We requested the driver to movie the bus but no replay .
I asked the driver to give NARSAMPET DEOP MANAGER number but he say “I don’t know ”
And I ask his name and ID number but he said ” I don’t have is card and I don’t know my name”
And there are no help from enquire counter of WARANGAL busstand..
Finally at 09:45 passenger get down the bus than driver move the bus.
This is our “rtc work and PROFESSIONAL ETHICS” and CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP,RESPECT
really iam totally upset with this woresr service
NOT ONLY ME TOTAL 47 PASSENGERS ARE SUFFERED with the issue
Please don’t repeat this type of begging money from passengers
