Bus Number: AP 11 Z 5428. Bus conductor on duty on Time 1:15 PM. Date 3/3/2016. Conductor was black, age 35-40 and had sacred ‘kunkuma bottu’ on his fore head.
I am travelling from Dilsukhnagar to Koti. That time time I don’t have exact fare. Bus Conductor asked me for exact amount. I said “I don’t have”. He took Rs 100 from me and gave me ticket (Cost RS 25).
While he was giving ticket He asked me “will you come tomorrow on same bus?” I said “no”(Ledu in telugu). He said I would come to you again, wait. He had come to after few minutes. He told me “You said you would come tomorrow” so come tomorrow and take remaining Rs 75. He giggled and deaf passengers vicinity of me also laughed. Why he asked question first? Why he considered opposite of my answer? Thing is He plays jokes on passengers to fulfill his demonic pleasure. I felt very bad at that time. It was embarrassing.

Today i.e., 15th May 2019, I have booked ticket in Garuda plus from Eluru to Hyderabad with service number 1072, and ticket number was 61691368. After Jaggayyapeta AC has turned off till Suryapet. There is difference between non ac and ac bus. We are paying higher amount and travelling without ac. I want resolution for this
On 3rd March 2019, I have booked ticket in rajadhani service number 1448. Near to narkatpally bus has suddenly stopped due to breakdown. It was happend around 7:30pm. And after 10:30pm narkatpally depot assigned normal ordinary bus. And I have reached at Nagar by 12:30am. We reached out to miyapur bus depot but there is no response from them.
