Respected TSRTC officers!

This is really embarassing moment to talking about your services! Today (On 13th January 2017 at 07:30 PM) your driver from Ap11z 6696 bus number 10H Secunderabad to kondapur hit my Hyundai Verna at Paradise Circle Secunderabad! And my vehicle got damaged with lots of scratches! When I stopped your driver and talked about what kind of driving it is, the reply I received from that person was seriously ridiculous! He was saying what happened, these kind of things happen with very reckless reply! Sir I have a doubt why and how do you guys give license and give vehicles to these kind of guys and sending onto roads and creating nonsense and killing innocent public like me! Who will give money to get remove those scratches sir? Please kindly respond me! I am going to take this situation to Oracle level! I felt seriously embarrassed about your drivers and services! Please respond me immediately!
