Goodmorning sir and madam.This is vishal kumar.am pursuing BEd at suryapet.Yesterday dated on 12-04-2018,I.e on Thursday I was travelling from gvk to hitechcity in 222 bus .the bus is full of public even though I tried to get inside of the bus .conductor came and asked me ticket I I’ve shown her my buspass .after that she said me to come inside I said am already inside .so she said many bad things towards me I tolrated my self after that she went front and again came back and hitted me strong on my cheek I felt ashamed in front of all shit public coz no raised against this .so I’ve other chance to do .so I don’t have the bus number ,her name,am only left wid one proof that bus number 222 Koti to patancheru .so am expecting minimum humanity in tsrtc coz in these days the only corporation which worse from many years and years is only tsrtc.pls take severe action against this .hoping you do for a passenger.thank you
