Purchased Beats Apple Earphones from Unboxify.in website they claimed product delivered will be unused and under warranty
They promised to deliver new, unused, black color earphones, having 8-10 months warranty available on them
But delivered second hand, defective with one earpiece not working, white color earphones which are out of Apple warranty period
When we contacted for return/ refund they denied us
Their whatsapp customer complaint number is not responding
I have all proof with me including unpacking video, order copy and invoice
