I put in a 5K order for a Fitbit Charge 4 (order ID KL2350418UN). I received a faulty and broken item. Both the screen and the device are broken on one side.
It lights up when I plug in the charger but then goes out. I submitted a return request, but the company has not responded or acknowledged it.
There has been no response from the customer service WhatsApp number regarding my problem.
They don’t have an email address or phone number, and they don’t respond on WhatsApp.
