upGrad sales consultants forced me to pay advance amount to book a seat and due to my personal issue I decided not to join as they become my life miserable by calling more than 10 times in a day and when I requested for refund they are saying your amount charged as processing fee. How can they charged 100% amount as processing fee.
Then also they are calling me everyday and mentally torturing me. Kindly help me to get my hard earned money from this fraud company. This people calling in family members and whenever I’m asking for refund they disconnect my calls. All fraudulent activities of this company should be stopped.
Not even their higher management care once they get the money. Kindly note that Jain University also involved in this and they even offered me duplicate certificates for some amount. A strict action should be taken by the government against such money making University by doing such fraud activities.
After so many emails they don’t even bother to refund my amount. Also, there are many peoples has faced similar issue and highlighted in social media but we get no resolution. Is this call justice being an Indian we deserve. Stop looting people upGrad by calling yourself a platform of learning.
