Upgrad initially promised that live sessions will be conducted by the University of Arizona, as we passed through the course we came to know that it is not from University of Arizona but by the people from India, we were totally unhappy about this since we had to pay lot of amount by getting training from people In India.

Government of India clearly mentions that fee should be collected sem wise for the welfare of students…. But Upgrad collects upfront fee for 2years which is against government law.

I took up MS data science course from Arizona with Upgrad , there was no good tracking from upgrad and mentors there were least bit bothered how we performed.

As the course started in few months I could see that content wasn’t that great… Just recording was done and circulated… I was not interested to continue this course as it didn’t help me in anyways, my dad was a cancer patient in few months situations turned up worser and had few family issues my my family wasn’t in a state to support me for my education.

I wanted to terminate the course requested Upgrad for the same… Upgrad didn’t help in any ways two months I was seeking for help… In spite of medical issue and family problem with which I feel sick due to stress was trying with Upgrad for help.

They asked me to provide the initial medical documents, I submitted the same… There was a late responses from Upgrad later they asked to provide law document which mentioned shouldn’t collect fee upfront for 2 year.

That was also sent… In mid I also joined a different team where I had to go to uk but due to family issues and medical reasons couldn’t it and later they asked for recent medical document that was also submitted and later they asked me to provide 3 months document with lot of struggle and effort provided that even…

Later they say that amount cant be refuned… I am getting a call from eduvanz to pay my emi everyday I don’t have enough amount now as there is lot of things going on with me..

I reached out to upgrad but they are not helping a student in any way they just mention that their policies say amount can’t be refunded but their policy say with medical proof it can be refunded… After providing enough document also they are not helping me.. Lot of students are suffering from Upgrad some don’t come forward.. All students are internally connected and we all face lot of issues and upgrade is giving lot of stress and if any worst consequences happen for the student upgrad is responsible..

I request the public to help me in this and I also tell the students who are going to register hereafter to be careful..

As a 24 years old girl it is becoming difficult to manage my family and medical conditions at home and upgrad is forcing me to pay Emi and study by not cancelling the program.

I am here to seek help from the social media and I also request the government to take a legal action.
