I registered my phone number with urbanclap.com to do part-time tutoring. Now I no longer need it and I do not want to receive any communication from urbanclap. I requested them twice to unsubscribe me for all email and SMS communications via email to [email protected]. I received replies for those two emails acknowledging that they got my emails. But the company did not process my request. So, I am lodging this compliant against urbanclap for unsolicited and persistent SMS communication.
