I’ve ordered a saree worth 1790 (order #1517) from Vaastrastudio on 9th March,2024. It’s been a week still got no updates on Instagram/mail or even WhatsApp texts.
Their website doesn’t show the shipment details or tracking ID. I’ve even texted the supposed founder of Vaastrastudio, but she too have not responded.
Please look into it or else I’ll have to further file a complaint

This is tracking number, customer already received the order.
Vaastra.com is fraid. They did the same thing with me. My order was confirmed and they payment was received. I got an email but on whatsapp they said the payment was unsuccessful when I contacted them. Later they changed their seen privacy and stoped responding which they rarely did before.
Now here are posting to every complaint that the order is received.
They are big scam. Their account should be suspended.
