U have ordered a saree worth 5500 from this site on June 20th now it’s July 1 and no response from them. They dint sent me the tracking id also..though my order s fully prepaid order..it’s been 11 days now

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused regarding order delays between June 20th – July 3rd. Due to extreme weather conditions in Surat during that period, courier pickups were affected across the region. 🙏

All the parcels were delayed due to weather condition it was informed on Instagram story,
Due to weather circumstances we were unable to add the parcels on transit!
