Vantage enterprises n Fedex courier / nicer dicer plus

Hi,

I bought a nicer dicer plus with Cash on delivery option from Vantage enterprises through their online portal and they having courier tie up with Fedex I suppose. Once I received the productive, checked it and it was defective and informed the same to the FedEx courier person to take back the product. But he refused and also demanded to pay the money. I told him multiple times that I will not pay money so the company itself will call for the same , so I could either ask for replacement or to take back the worthless (not even a penny), rather than me running behind them. But the Fedex person demanded n took the money. It happened only today(3 March 2016). I believe FedEx wouldn’t have sent the money yet. If you could help immediately to get my money back it will be helpful. I am unable to reach vantage as none of their numbers are working.
