Defective delivery of Portable Steambath

After on line ordering I got an email confirming the order and also an mobile call regarding the delivery of the Good. When I asked about the deffective/damaged goods , he told that it will be replaced free of Cost.
On 24/12/2015 at 4:55 P.M., Portable Steam Bath Packing Box was supplied by FED EX. Delivery man refused to open the Box even after paying the cash of amount Rs 4450//-
After opening the packing , It was found that Steam Pot was found broken.
I called on mobile No;9769134431 on today itself ( 24/12/2015)
but Vodafone informed that this number is not operational. on their No Rely mail I send the complain but no response..
It is my complain that Steam Pot was found broken and steam bath chamber is of locally made.. This Portable steam Bath should be replaced with New one of good quality.. On warranty and service procedure Card No manufacturer Names and address is mentioned. Product is locally made.. even Dealer has not put his stamp and address on Warranty Booklet..
