I recently bought a large swan backlight.
We received a product made of cheap, broken materials that is so flimsy that it cannot even hold books or brass.
Only paperweight items can be used; the entire product, including the charger, is of poor quality and is not worth $5,500.
Refund request received no response; no one answers the phone.
I’ve called, messaged, and mailed them numerous times, but no one ever responds.
Please don’t waste your hard-earned money.
