Just had a hellish experience ordering from Vibecrafts. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. Had ordered on 28th Oct and was supposed to receive before Diwali but recd on 09 Nov. Product quality poor, Packaging was so bad that product got damaged. Now the worse is extremely poor customer service (email & Wats app). Now my worry is even if I try to try to return I’ll not get my money back because of their unreasonable return policy. To all fellow customers DO NOT BUY anything from Vibecrafts.
