I have similar experience of being duped by this company. A duplicate JBL Boombox was sent to me which can be bought on the roadside for less than Rs 1000/-. My order was placed on 31 October 2021 and the duplicate item was delivered on 05 Jan 2022 after repeated reminders. Shocking experience. Please be careful of this fraud company. No replies received on the mobile number and email and no chance of refund. JBL company should take it up seriously or else it will permanently damage their reputation. Additionally customer forum and CPGRAMS should address my complain redress my grievances as soon as possible to restore faith in online purchase. Jai Hind.
