I saw advertisement of vijay raja homes about their new project vijay raja’s exurb in popular tamil news paper (Full page advertisement) in that advertisement they mentioned price for 1 bhk is 8 lacks but when we reached their office and on enquiry they told 1bhk 12 lacks above. And the size of the apartment would be just around 400 sqf only… So 1 sqft between 3000 to 3200… So many project available in omr this price… Think before you buy in vijay raja’s exurb.
