Called them to know the breakup of costs for their new EXURB project at thiruporur. The executives are not very informed about anything. If ask what s the registration cost, they say please come for site visit, if I ask what is the what is the sq.ft for studio vs 2bhk, they do not know and say, please come for site visit and we will provide you all details. I don’t understand, how come they have such people who do not know even such basic details.. Sad, I wonder how much will I have to suffer if I commit any further. No professionalism at all.
