ITS COMPLETE FRAUD WITH CUSTOMERS BY MOBILE SERVICE PROVIDER VODAFONE:
Vodafone charged Rs. 49 on the name of wapvilla_ppd. I never clicked or download or agreed such app. I am IT professional and use my phone only for limited apps. When i call to customer care they says its my fault who clicked on ads or link provided by third party software on ur phone. But the question is without user consent or knowlege how can they charge such. What is the user safety. By this way they can loot customers for any amount. Vodafone is providing services to customers or to third party app developers. Its not a question of mare R. 49/-, Its a question of user safety and without clear details how can Vodafone cheat customers. VODAFONE CUSTOMER CARE SENIOR EXECUTIVE MR. GIRDHARI SAYS- IF CUSTOMER USE INTERNET ON PHONE THEY HAVE TO PAY FOR SUCH THINGS CLICKED BY MISTAKE OR WHATEVER. IF WE GET REQUEST FROM THIRD PARTY WE HAVE TO ADD CHARGES IN CUSTOMER’S BILLING ACCOUNT.
Better to sue VODAFONE for such fraud and customer money hacking.
