I tried recharging my phone on 14th March through Vi app. But it was unsuccessful but the money was deducted from my bank account of ₹549. I had to get the recharge done again on 15th March but I never got the refund of my 14th March payment back.
I have complaint about it so many times on email and through calls but my issue was never resolved
