Dear Vodafone team,My mobile number is 9999210378. I could see in current month December 2014 , I have been charged for Rs. 198 hello1_tvallsouth and wapvilla_ppd few months ago same happend but after complaint it was refunded. but again this month fake downloads .
I was using past 4 years Vodafone connection and i am a employee in one Reputed Telecon company . I am not a fool and more over i dont have time to do stupid downloads .
I tried contacting customer care and the reply from them was they cant do anything.
Please look into the matter.
