It has been nearly 8 months, and my refund has not been processed yet. The lack of a contact number to reach out to someone in person and the delayed responses in the WhatsApp group have been very frustrating. Trust me, this has been a highly unpleasant experience, and it’s extremely annoying to have to follow up so persistently for my refund. Despite my numerous follow-ups, I have received very few responses from your team.
I am at a point where I am seriously considering launching a police complaint against your company, and I am prepared to take my concerns to social media across all your platforms.
