No. of order: WM8289378. I promptly returned the faulty item to the seller, and I’ve been waiting for a refund ever since. It has been nearly two weeks.
Every time I call, they make some lame excuse about my failure to answer the refund team’s call.
Now whenever I call, they always say that the money will be credited in a couple of days. Someone, please provide instructions on how to file a lawsuit against the company.
