In September 2023, after I made my complete payment for the console table, money was credited to WallMantra’s bank account, which is connected to Paytm.
WallMantra repeatedly gave me false assurances that my order (a Console Table) would be shipped, and even sent me a FAKE TAX INVOICE even after I had paid in full in September 2023.
In addition to the Tax Department sending me a FAKE TAX INVOICE after receiving the full amount, it amounts to a FRAUD with me as well.
On February 27, 2024, I sent registered letters to WallMantra and Vendmart Retail Pvt Ltd.
INDIA POST sent me back both letters with the notation, “COMPANY CHALEE GAYEE—WAAPIS.” Vinod Kumar Monga.
