I placed a Wall Mantra order for a wall mirror, but I had to cancel it due to sizing concerns. On August 8, 2023, the order and cancellation were both completed.
They initially stated that the money would be refunded between 7 and 14 days. But almost a month has passed and I still haven’t received my refund.
They provide jokes for customer service. All of their customer service representatives are unavailable to you, and they will respond to your WhatsApp messages using pre-written templates.
