I have ordered a product with order number #WM8209362 on June 28th and even today, there is no sign of delivery or refund of money which was paid on order booking.
I have asked the refund since they haven’t fulfilled of 1 day dispatch or delivery even after waiting for 15 days. Nothing is happening.
They don’t even care if customer is saying we proceed legally. It clearly shows how careless they are about consumers and the support they get.
I am following up their customer care they always say amount will be refunded in 2 days. but nothing is happening.
Their customer care simply hangs up if we connect to refund option and giving different excuses instead of returning money.
