I bought a sizable mirror from the Wallmantra website. I eventually received the mirror, but it was the wrong size.
So I’ve ordered a replacement and a return. Even the second and third times, I received the same mirror in the incorrect size.
I decided to request a refund because I became frustrated and this process took almost three months.
The Wallmantra team declared that they didn’t want to lose us and were prepared to credit the money to my Wallmantra wallet, which I could use whenever I wanted.
After using their online store, I decided to choose the refund option to my bank account.
I provided my bank information when asked. They promised to credit the money within 7 to 14 working days in a response to my whatsapp message. But it never materialized.
For more than a month, I followed them in hopes of getting a refund, but all I get in return is a message telling me to wait because my refund is in line.
Please help me get my money back if you can. WM8310839 is the order ID for me. With little hope, I’m still waiting for it.
