I ordered a painting from Wallmantra on 5th may 2022. The painting when delivered to us, was a printed fabric in the name of canvas painting. We did not like it so initiated for a return and refund. The product was picked up on 11th may 2022 after writing so many emails to the customer care. Today is 24th may 2022 and I am still waiting for my refund. Everytime I call their customer care, they tell me wait for 24 hours and then nothing happens. I have been waiting for so long to get my refund but the Wallmantra is doing a scam with it’s customers. This company should be permanently shutdown. Totally a fraud company.
