I have placed an order for fitwise watch. received it by bluedart courier. Watch doesn’t have charging point. It looks like dummy watch. no charger available inside.
I had paid 2999/- rs. via Gpay. I want refund of paid money. This is fraud.

I have purchased with text through watch white order dated October 12 2020 invoice h h m 8599 detailed October 12 2020. Today when I open this smart wristband for using I found it from the user manual that it should also have a charger which is not available with the dispatch sent by the company through Blue dart courier .Now I am at a loss as how to use this watch without charger I have paid rupees 2999 in cash on delivery. Let these people send the charger so that we can make use and find out if this aggressive and really works or not.
have you received a return. fraud company with no proper addresses. cheap quality product and return policy is also hidden most of the time.
