Based on digital marketing by the company on social media (YouTube or Facebook) I ordered for the smart watch. The order number was HHM14446.
The product was sent by the seller through Blue Dart on COD. I paid Rs 2,999 and got the packet.
The Watch didn’t work from day one nor did it charge at all. Both the customer assistance websites mentioned in the slip inside the packet turned out to be fake.
The seller’s invoice dated 21st November 2020 didn’t have any number but their physical address was given as detailed below:
Watch Store Property Number 67, Lane Number 3, Shashtri Park, Chander Nagar, New Delhi 110051.
