Watch store property number 67 Delhi
I ordered a FIT X PRO watch on 11 December 2020 and it got delivered through Blue Dart on 13th December 2020. As soon as I opened the parcel and tried to recharge but the device is not switching ON. I sent an email to the support email address but still no one has contacted me and I paid Rs. 3000 to the courier person.
I was not able to find any contact number to reach them, so I don’t trust them anymore for the return of new watch. I need a refund and it would be better if they are settling my money Rs. 29999 back as soon as possible
