FitX pro watch purchased from above company & received vide blue dart courier no 59602478320 on cash on delivery payment mode vide invoice number HHM16262 Dated 3/12/2020 is not working . Kindly intimate how I can get refund by returning above product. Kindly may intimate contact number of above firm so that I can talk to him for refund procedure or replacement by new ok product .How I can get my money refund as it is fraud case with me ,so firm can be black listed to stop cheating with customer ,and punished accordingly .

I have also purchased same item (Invoice no. HM 2427 Dated 30.11.2020 & order ID HM2427) on COD basis but after opening the packet found very low quality watch. Want to return the item but the vendor has not mentioned the contact detail like phone no. & e-mail address and refund procedure is not available. Can anyone help in this regard? It appears to be cheater.
I have purchased a watch Fit X Pro from Watch Store Property Number 67,Lane Number 3,Shastri Park,Chander Nagar,N.Delhi 110051 which I received via Bluedart courier no:59602984630 on 5/12/20 via cash payment of ₹2999/-The watch is not working.I want to return it.Please guide me how to do it as there is no contact number given.In their site it was written 90 days return policy.
