I Had purchased Fit x pro watch on line. the item came through blue dart but is a used and fake item. there is no app for this and it is not turning on. I had sent a mail to support but there has been no response. there is no customer care number or any other details.

I have purchased one Fit X pro smart watch Vide Invoice No.HHM11564 dated 31.10.2020. The watch was delivered on 03.11.2020, through Blue Dart. However, the watch is defective. It is not charging at all. Since the product is available cash on delivery basis only, I have paid Rs. 3000/ (three thousand only). Now we feel cheated S the watch is non functional and just a waste of money. I want to return the same and refund of my money, Rs. 3000/- from the suppliers of the watch.
