I hired Wave Packers and Movers for a residential move, and after they received an advance payment, they declined the delivery and informed me that his grandfather had passed away. Two weeks later, they still hadn’t returned my call asking for a refund.
I suffered from paying extra rent and additional fees for a different packer and mover’s delivery because the staff lacked professionalism and this was a fraudulent transaction. I AM ABLE TO TAKE A LEGAL ACTION AND I HAVE RECORD.
I transferred the sum of this advance payment—1000—online using the company’s UPI.
They also sent me a bill, but when I called someone, he did not answer and refused to refund my money.
