I had ordered kitchen appliances (Philips Beater, Murphy Mixer, Roti Maker, Iron Pan, Steel Pan) worth Rs 4695 on 15.10.2021. The payment was made by using debit card and payment facilitator Razorpay confirmed the payment receipt of rs 4695 on the same day. I awaited for any further communication from WearSmart World, but till date neither i received above ordered appliances nor any communication regarding it. Today on the website i got customer care numbers 8250723359, nobody picked the calls. then i got one more number 9832214164. No body picked up but after some time i got call from this number. They said due to some system fault the order could not be processed now if you want we can refund your amount They asked for my Google pay number, which i gave them but they said its not getting thru please give Phonepay number so i gave my friends number. They said we have sent one link on that number please share the same. Incidently my friend got some doubts and denied to share link, it was then observed that had we shared the link they would have hacked the Phonepay account. So all dear friends please be careful dealing with these type of fraudesters. Be very careful for any online transactions. Now can anyone guide me for getting refund of this amount of rs 4695.
