I’ve ordered Preeti Mixer grinder, JBL soundbar, pigeon induction cooker and a cast iron tawa on 15th October. Total amount worth Rs.6695.00. Usually we’ll get the order acknowledgement with order ID and approximate delivery date through email and SMS immediately after the payment. I didn’t receive any details when I search in my provided inboxes. I received the acknowledgement only from Google Pay with payment debit details. Then I tried contacting through website but I couldn’t get details of this company. I saw many complaints against this company that they’ve cheated most of their customers. Is there any way to get my money back. If this is a genuine company they should be blacklisted.
