I have ordered samsung battery bankof 20000mAh in WHAAKY online shopping. I have received fake product it was not working properly,so I raised the complaint at [email protected] ,they have told me to return the product to their return section so I have done courier to address which they have sent after 3 days I got a a mail that your product is eligible fir replacement we will notify once it get dispatched it takes 8 to 10days and then they didn’t reply to any of my email it has been 20 days since I didn’t receive any of their message.please help me with this
