Hello sir/mam
I had online shopping from whaaky.com (online shopping company) I had ordered 1 Samsung Powerbank 25000Amh and 1 Samsung Bluetooth handsfree in june 2017 and i paid by debit card( order number S802391016) .
But i received fake (Duplicate) Samsung products , then I request to company refund money they said first you return the product on DELHI address then we will refund your money, I had returned the product after I got confirmation mail from whaaky.com they gave me approx 2 months date for refund I.e. 11august 2017 ,
but they didn’t refund me and postponed date of refund 14aug then 31aug then gave me one more date 11sep . but untill now today on 12 Sep 2017 they didn’t refund me , I called to customers Helpline number she gave me one more date 30Sep 2017 for refund. And she told me your can do against us what u can .
I would like to request u please take an action against this froud company , today I saw too many poupel submitted many many companies against them .
