I purchase online clothing from whaaky.com

Order Amount: Rs 3996.00

but company cheat me they send me used and torn products after making a complain to company (whaaky.com) they ask to return the products i return the products but still neither i havn’t received back products nor refund every time company promising me to given replacement the products it has almost done two months.
Please help me out and do the needful
