Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to inform you that i was place order through online with Whaaky.com to deliver the product and the payment made through online.the order place on 15/05/2014 Order ID : S80373571 as per the confirmation send by them is 7 to 10 days to deliver the product but til date 23rd june 2014 i am waiting for the same.
When i am putting email to them they just saying ( We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We are in contact with logistic team and the product will be delivered soon). last three answer is same after that they are not replying also.
Please assist me what to do i want money back from them at any how.
