Paid Rs. 699.00 towards online purchase order on 31.12.2016 at 20:13hrs through ICICI internet banking via PayU portal which was shown at the payment gate way of whaaky.com. In spite of several reminders no goods have been received which were ordered. On 11.10.2017 a mail received from [email protected] 02:35 PM ” We are here to assist you better. Kindly provide us with the order number so that we can assist you better. Kindly do not hesitate to contact us we are always at your service. Regards Team Whaaky.” Since the order number has not been noted whaaky.com was requested to adjust the amount paid from the current offer 40 size full shirts and 34 size pants may be delivered with address along with screen shots of payment made. It is to surprise that no goods has been received till date. On dialing the phone number provided in the contact details has been dialed but no body is attending phone.
