I recharge my device id 33892 at 3rd of June and after that I face several internet crashes and my internet is also not working from 10th of June day in my router the los light blinking and i call service center for this problem but they always give 24hrs time and don’t resolve the problem.and i also asked my complaint no and they give 78736 this number for regarding my complaint

Maine March 2022 m wiom connection Liya. Inki commitment ke hisab se Fibre connection 399 50 mbps milega.. but mere jisse pichla connection chal rha tha. Usi m inhone apna connection chalu kar diya. Jo ki normal connection tha. (Like Copper wire). Speed ke liye Maine 50 baar complaint ki. But kisi ne ye nhi Bola ki normal connection h. Aur jab mjhe pta chala. Ye normal connection h tw Maine complaint ki jo ki kam se kam 50 baar ki hogi. Tab inhone sirf wire change ki. Vo bhi 1.5 month baad. Aur aaj 2 month ho gaye h wire change kiye hue. But router abhi tak chalu nhi kiya aur customer care pe baar karo. Tw bas 24 hrs ka time de denge aur bolenge solve ho jayega problem. March se ab August aa gaya but problem short out nhi kiya. Aur wiom app overdue payment show ho rha h. Ab problem short out nhi saare paise refund chaiye.
Aur isse ghatiya service aaj nhi dekhi. Wiom is very big fraud company.
