Viom is giving very bad services to customers, I took recharge of 449 out of 100 mbps but barely shows 10 mbps, I have complained more than 50 times but they only say problem will be solved in 24 hours , but this is the biggest lie of Viom Internet. Not only I am having problem but all WOIM customers are having this problem. So if wiom internet is not giving good services to customers then you should remove this company because it is useless

Sir, my wiom internet is not working since last 12 days, I have called the company but no one has been able to visit me yet, I have called the agent but the call has not been received, I have requested you to return my amount as soon as possible. Or I am not going to continue again with internet because the company’s service is bad so I am complaining about the update as soon as possible. Thank you.
