I have ordered KW 8X Android 5.1 Bluetooth smartwatch from the website wristbuddy.com on 19th of february. The company promised me to deliver the same product in approximately 1 week. All the processes went smooth till today 26th February , when i noticed that the product received to me has no resemblance to the product i chose. The model is cheap with no good features.
When contacted to the customer support, no one dares to take the call. The same is in the case of emails. I have also applied for refunds. But the team is so lethargic or should i call it as frauds, no one cares to entertain the above matter. I request you to please look into this matter as this cheating has to be stopped immediately. And also kindly take a step on getting my refund done soon
