I am Koushik Shere I had ordered a smart watch on the wrist buddy which was advertised on Facebook order no. And blue dart no.(mentioned below is message) Delivery of your Pickrr order will be attempted by Blue Dart today. Amount payble is Rs 3040. Your order #201717728 has been shipped via Pickrr. Pay Rs.3155 on Delivery which is expected by 22 Feb. This was delivered on (Feb 21st 2018 ordered on 15 Feb 2018) and am so frustrated to get a watch worth ₹ 500 I ordered a Kingwear smart watch KW8X android 5.1, this is so ridiculous and frustrating I have a taken a pic of what I have received kindly take quick action on this And either get me my smart watch or refund me the amount Please escalate the same to concerned people and have this issue addressed. The above is the mail that I have send to the customer support but no response, the email is not getting delivered I paid ₹3155 And I have got a cheap watch Am calling the mobile number provided in the the site but no response after a while it is switched off
