I have ordered a saree worth ₹2279(order#2057) from vaastra studio on 11 march 2025. Now today is 22 march 2025 more than 10 days already and I haven’t received my parcel yet. They gave me the tracking I’d but when I try to track my parcel it always shows pickup pending. I already paid ₹500 to them to confirm my order. I urgently need that saree as I ordered it for my friends birthday. now I don’t know when I will receive my parcel whether I will receive it or not. Please kindly look into it or I will have to further file a complaint.

I got my parcel on 3rd April after 23 days of placing order.

It was mentioned that COD orders take 8-10 business days (doesn’t include Sundays or public holidays) to deliver. There was option for prepaid order which takes lesser time to deliver though you didn’t choose that option. The order is processed within the time frame and will be delivered to you within estimated delivery time.
